The chair of philosophy was created 1972 of communication with the organization of the Central Asian medical pediatric institute. Associate professor Eshmetov Narimon Eshmetovich was the first manager of chair of philosophy. From 1978 to 1986 professor Ergashev O. E. headed chair from 1986 to 1990 associate professor Yunusov E.Yu. from 1990 to 1993 Abdullaev M. N. professor, from 2007 to 2008 associate professor Mukhammadiyev N.E., with 1993 on 2007 and since 2008 to the present heads professor Haydarov H.F. Staff of chair of philosophy from the first days of the organization constantly works over increase of the scientifically pedagogical and research qualifications. Chairs are published by Teachers of 4 monographs 28 training – the methodical grants, more than 330 scientific article and theses. Two doctor's and two candidates theses are protected. The manager of chair of H.Khaydarov 1994 monographs "Place of the Historical Law in Structure of Social Knowledge and Management" in bulk 225 pages in “Fan and Islokhotlar qonuniyati” publishing house in volume 160 pages in Uzbekistan publishing house in 2010 are published. In real time of 5 employees of chair work over dissertation work. They published more than 40 scientific articles and theses. Scientific direction of "Problem of Scientific Management of Reform Processes" chair. Staff of chair has close scientific connections with institute of legal philosophy of the Republic of Uzbekistan and philosophical faculty of UZMU.
