Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute Department of Allergology, Clinical Immunology and Microbiology  was established in June 30, 2018. Professor Yuldаshev Ilhom Ruziyevich was appointed as the head of the chair.

The chair has been organized on Clinical Allergology course and microbiology, virology and immunology courses. Course of clinical allergology organized in 1992 by  Khagberdiev M.M. Since 1993 by Yuldoshev I.R. In the course, students of the sixth course were trained in "Clinical Allergology". Department of Microbiology, Virology and Immunology was guided in 1972. by Professor Zokirov as the head of the chair.

Since 1997, the head of the chair was Ph.D. Mirzaeva M.А. Since 2010, the department has joined to the chair of "Medical Biology and Genetics" and has been a part of the Department of "Childhyn Infectious Diseases" since 2012 and acts as a Microbiology, Virology and Immunology course. In the course students of 2nd course of pediatric, medical-pedagogical and therapeutic faculties and the bachelor's degree, 1st-course students of the faculty of high nursing are trained in the course of "Microbiology, virology and immunology".
