Deadline for Preliminary Applications (“Declaration of Interest”):  30 September 2019

 The Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute in the ERASMUS+ framework hereby publishes a call for international Academic Staff Mobility with the Pope John Paul II State School of Higher Education in Biala Podlaska supported by the European Commission through the project KA107 International Credit Mobility

 

 Eligible participants

Applicants for staff mobility can be  only Teaching employed at TPMI

 

Activities supported

- 1 Academic Staff Mobility at the Pope John Paul II State School of Higher Education in Biala Podlaska (teaching  period: 4 days x 2 Hours teaching = Total 8 Hours of Teaching ) 

 Conditions to apply:

- Applicants must be active full-time staff of the Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute
- The Hosting higher education institution is Pope John Paul II State School of Higher Education in Biala Podlaska.
- The teaching period at the Pope John Paul II State School of Higher Education in Biala Podlaska must be fully recognised by the home University in accordance with the terms laid down in the Learning Agreement.
- ERASMUS+ academic staff do not have to pay tuition fees to the Pope John Paul II State School of Higher Education in Biala Podlaska.
- There will be opportunity to apply for social aid and/or support for people having disabilities or special needs.
- Applicants are considered full-time staff of the sending institution also during the study period abroad.

 

Selection Criteria:


The candidates will be selected on the basis of:

1. Personal motivation

2. Intercultural abilities

3. Knowledge of English

4. Research and academic experience. 

5. Teaching plan for 8 Hours on Health and Medicine related topics

 

 The mobile academic staff will be awarded a grant for travel cost and for subsistence and expenses during the period of stay in Pope John Paul II State School of Higher Education in Biala Podlaska:

The amount of the grant for travel is a unit cost related to the distance between the place of origin and Pope John Paul II State School of Higher Education in Biala Podlaska

The total individual support to staff training in Pope John Paul II State School of Higher Education in Biala Podlaska (700 EUR) is related to the duration of the mobility and will be defined in the grant agreement that the academic staff/s selected will sign with the Pope John Paul II State School of Higher Education in Biala Podlaska before their departure.

How to apply:

The Pope John Paul II State School of Higher Education in Biala Podlaska hereby invites academic staff enrolled in the partner Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute to present a “Declaration of Interest” in order to participate the selection for the Erasmus+ international credit mobility. The “Declaration of Interest”, presented using the form included in Annex 1 of this Call, should be given to their own Erasmus Coordinator. 

Documents to be submitted with the Declaration of Interest:
- TPMI  staff employed Certificate
- Language certificate (IELTS) or a statement proving that the student’s English language knowledge reaches the intermediate level.
- A Europass CV in English
- Motivation letter
- 2 Recommendation letters
- Any other useful information (Teaching plan for 8 Hours on Health and Medicine related topics, research publications and international project involvment)

 

The deadline for presenting the Declaration of Interest at the home Institution is 30 September 2019.

The first selected candidate for each mobility flow will complete his or her Application by preparing a formal Learning Agreement which includes descriptions of the activities to be carried out and of how these will be recognised by the sending Institution. The Learning Agreement will be furnished to the candidates by the Erasmus+ coordinator of the home university, who will assist them in completing it, so that it can be sent to the Pope John Paul II State School of Higher Education in Biala Podlaska by 1 October 2019.

The final approval by the Pope John Paul II State School of Higher Education in Biala Podlaska will be announced by 02 October 2019.
