In order to involve young people in the legislative process and other areas of parliamentary research in the field of health, on February 2, 2019, students of the Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute participated in an event at the Institute for Legislation and Parliamentary Research under the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The event took place within the framework of the “Young Legislators' Club” activity, where a meeting was held with the club chairman T. Abbaskhanov and institute specialists. The meeting was dedicated to familiarizing young people with the activities of the Institute for Problems of Legislation and Parliamentary Research under the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and the operation of the “Mening fikrim” web portal.

The meeting also discussed the possibilities for developing a plan-activities for the involvement of young people in the legislative process in 2019.

Following the event, a tour of the building of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis was held.
