Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute and Volga Research Medical University have agreed to create a joint international program in the direction of undergraduate and clinical residency.

In particular, from 6 to 9 February 2019, a delegation from the Volga Research Medical University was visited by the rector N.N. Karyakin and Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, Professor E.S. Bogomolova at the Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute.

During the visit, the delegation met with the Rector of TashPMI, B.T. Daminov, where issues of deepening the further development of relations and mutually beneficial cooperation were discussed. As a result of the meeting, an agreement was reached on signing an agreement on cooperation in the field of training highly qualified medical personnel.

Thus, the parties agreed to create a joint international program in the areas of undergraduate and postgraduate education (clinical residency). In addition, graduates of this program will be awarded double degree diplomas (double degree) - TashPMI and VRMU.

The relevant agreement was signed by the rector of two medical universities during the visit of the delegation of the Volga Research Medical University to the Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute.
