A person, his life, freedom, honor, dignity and other unalloyed rights have grown to the highest value. The principle of the rule of law established by our Constitution serves as an important guarantee for ensuring human rights and freedoms in our society and the effective implementation of all reforms.

The Constitution, along with effective reforms in all spheres of public life, strengthened the economic basis of society, in particular the right to own property, and the country's contribution to the development of the country through economic freedom, entrepreneurship and freedom of work.
