6-17 April 2015 was held a 36-hour training course on “Advanced computer and Internet technology, modern medical communication technologies (7, 8 and 10 modules)

6-17 April 2015 at the Innovation Center of Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute was held a 36-hour staff retraining course on “Advanced computer and Internet technology, modern medical communication technologies”. First group of the training course consisted of 30 specialists of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan, General Directorate of Health of the Tashkent City, Department of Health, Tashkent region, as well as faculty of the TPMI. This course is conducted 3 coaches: I. P. Vikhrov, Q.N. Tursunboev, A.A. Omonov. The participants of the course during the 10 days studied 8, 7 and 10 modules on: 8-module "Working in a spreadsheet", 7-module "Work on the text and its processing", 10-module "Work on the presentation." The evaluation of the training programme was carried out as follows: 20% of points were given for attendance, 10% on distance learning and 70% on the final test exam.
To determine the existing knowledge of students on the first day of the training programme was conducted pre-test. Further, during the first training session, participants were given a questionnaire (Access survey), how much they are able to use computer and Internet technologies. By the end of the questionnaire, 100% have a computer and they are all connected to the Internet, 54% also in the workplace have computers. During the training, the attendees were given an interesting video lessons, held interactive games, each module was conducted with full of challenges and contests. At the end of training was also conducted final test, which determined the percentage comprehensibility of the course. At the end of the course among specialists conducted aт уvaluation survey; how much they enjoyed the course, strengths and weaknesses of the course. According to surveys, 100% of participants said that the course should continue in the future, 81% of specialists highly appreciated the course and their positive ideas were presented in written form. All participants who successfully completed the course have been provided with certificates of completion and a certificate of proficiency in ICT.
