Instructions for the competition of innovative developments are based on decrees and decisions of the President, visits of the President to the regions of the republic and tasks outlined in speeches, resolutions and protocols of the Cabinet of Ministers, as well as proposals and recommendations of the state, economic management bodies and local authorities, based on priorities and objectives of innovation development.
Presented innovative projects must be registered in electronic form on the site www.fan-portal.uz. If the project is not registered, it will not be allowed to participate in the competition.
Projects submitted in paper form must be accompanied by signatures of the heads of relevant ministries and departments, vice-rectors for science and innovation of higher educational institutions.
The draft text should be placed on both sides of standard A4 paper and should be typed in the 1.15 inch range. Each page up to 2 cm above and below; 3 cm left; 1.5 cm on the right; paragraph should be 1.27 cm.
For text-based computer typing, it is recommended to use the Wordsoft Word text editor with the 12 pt Times New Roman font.
Lines must be numbered from the title page to the last line. The index number of the page should be written in the lower right corner of the page, starting with number 2. The page number of the title page does not need to be specified.
Each individual document and other project components must begin on a new page.
List of research papers of the project manager and participants (publications over the last 3 years listed in the following chronological order with consecutive numbering: monographs, patents, scientific articles, scientific theses and other publications), drawn up in accordance with form 3.4, signed by the scientific secretary and sealed organizations.
Electronic registered innovative projects will be accepted until March 1, 2019 in the Ministry building from 10:00 to 18:00, except Saturday and Sunday.
The submitted projects are subject to preliminary technical expertise for strict compliance with the requirements of the competition, reliability and reliability of the project materials, the absence of plagiarism.
According to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated July 18, 2018 PQ-3855, the results of practical and innovative research conducted within the framework of state scientific and technical programs should be fully commercialized after their completion.
In order to ensure objectivity, fairness and transparency of the competition, projects are registered in specially designated rooms equipped with video surveillance cameras.
Responsibility for the accuracy and reliability of the information provided in projects lies with the managers and participants of scientific projects.
Projects that will not be submitted in electronic and paper form during the specified period will not be accepted for participation in the competition. In case only one project is submitted, the competition will not be held.
