- The current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
- Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan PP-436 dated August 7, 2006, “On measures to improve the coordination and management of the development of science and technology”;
- Order of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan No.446 dated December 2, 2013, “On approval of the minimal requirements for the organization of work and equipment research laboratory at higher educational institution”;
- Resolutions of the Committee for Coordination of development of Science and Technology under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
- Resolutions of the Department of Coordination of Research Activities under the Ministry of Public Health of Uzbekistan;
- Teaching materials, instructions, orders of higher authorities;
- The Institute Regulation;
- Decrees and orders of rector of the Institute and prorector of science;
- Regulations of the Coordination and Scientific Councils of the Institute;
- For the current year – plan, prepared for the calendar year;
