Attention applicants!

Starting from July 20, 2019, the procedure for obtaining an “Applicant's Permit” to participate in testing for the 2019/2020 academic year will begin. Obtaining the "Permission of the applicant" is as follows:

1. Starting from July 20, on the official website of the State Testing Center www.dtm.uz in the “Obtain Permission” section applicants must enter the series and number of the passport (or birth certificate).

“PERMIT OF THE APPLICANT” and “REMINDER FOR THE APPLICANT” are displayed on the screen, which applicants must download.

This procedure can be performed anywhere connected to the Internet, including a home, an Internet café, and other places.

Applicants who submitted documents for the daytime form of education can apply to the following institutions regardless of their place of residence and obtain their permits from July 23-26, and applicants who apply for the evening and extramural forms of education can apply to the following institutions regardless of their place of residence and obtain their permissions 27-29:

- Centers of public services in the area (city);

- Admissions committees of higher educational institutions;

- Employment assistance centers under the Ministry of Employment and Labor.

The staff of these institutions will print out the “Permit of the applicant” to the applicant in accordance with the above procedure from the official STC website www.dtm.uz.
