In accordance with the Regulation approved by Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 226 dated October 13, 2008 and according to the Decree of the Board of the Ministry of Higher and Specialized Education, the holders of the State Scholarship of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan among the basic doctoral students for 2019 were identified.

Reymov Mamanbek Pulatovich - the basic doctoral student of the Tashkent Institute of Engineers of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization;

- Direction of energy, resources and industry:

Boboev Akmaljon Khatamovich - basic doctoral student of the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology;

- Direction of natural sciences, information technology and management:

Karimov Jasurbek Alisherovich - the basic doctoral student of the Institute of Mathematics named after VI. Romanovsky.
