DEPUTIES CONSIDERED THE PROJECT OF NEW DRAFT OF LAW "ON ELECTRONIC COMMERCE"

Parliamentarians began their work with a discussion of the second reading of new edition of Law "On electronic Commerce", introduced to the Legislative chamber of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan as a legislative initiative.

In the process of preparation of the draft law by the working group with the participation of philosophers, highly qualified specialists and experts held more than 10 events, public discussions.

In addition, the text of the bill was posted on the official website of the Legislative chamber and legal information portal "norma.uz" received suggestions and opinions of experts, and the public.

On the basis of the proposals of the bill is modified and refined, studied the positive experience of legislative regulation of the developed world.

The discussion of this legal act passed in the format interesting and free discussion based on the views of experts, the business community, academics and community representatives.

After an article-by-article discussion of the responsible Committee was requested to finalize the draft law and submit it to the deputies in the third reading.

The deputies also discussed the draft laws on the ratification of several international instruments and other matters, contains Bosnian translations and search powers of the chamber.
