Tashkent pediatric medical institute with the Bukhara regional health department held an event dedicated to the meeting of TashPMI graduates in the region. Heads of medical institutions of primary health care (polyclinics, ambulance stations, VHP and others), members of the Bukhara regional health department, attended the event with the vacant seats.

At the ceremony, the graduates of the Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute were awarded with diplomas and directions for work in city, regional medical associations, multidisciplinary central polyclinics, family polyclinics, and rural medical posts.

The representative of the Institute, the Academic Secretary of the TashPMI, Sh. Ruziev, and others noted that the upbringing of the younger generation, possessing intellectual potential, ensuring their rights and interests and assisting in the implementation of their goals and objectives is one of the priority directions of state policy conducted under the leadership of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

A lot of work is being done in our country aimed at developing the healthcare sphere. A number of Decrees and Decrees of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan were adopted aimed at developing and reforming this sphere. In this regard, special attention was paid to such areas as primary health care, emergency and emergency medical care, specialized medical care, private medicine, protection of reproductive health of the population.

During a series of meetings held under the chairmanship of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev devoted to the discussion of topical issues in the healthcare sphere of our country, the head of state analyzed the problems and shortcomings in the healthcare system in the context of the regions, noted the inadequacy and insufficient human resources capacity of medical institutions on the ground, Presently there is a shortage of more than 11 thousand doctors in the country, as a result of which new medical institutions are unable to honestly serve the population, pointed to the causes, consequences and ways to solve this problem. In this regard, the country pays special attention to training highly qualified specialists in this field.

"In the labor market, there is a growing demand for graduates of medical schools that have practical skills and experience, and have regularly conducted practical training to increase their knowledge and skills," said the representative of the Bukhara Regional Health Department. "Thus, young professionals who apply their theoretical knowledge in practice, are taking on increasing importance. Such kind of events help young people find jobs, benefit the motherland, society and family. "

Students of our university annually pass industrial practice in various medical institutions of the primary health care system and are provided with work in their specialty. Every year a fair of vacancies for graduates is organized, where bilateral agreements with medical institutions are signed.

According to the results of the previous academic year, about 95% of graduates of the Institute have a permanent job, and this year 100% of graduates were employed. After signing the contract with employers, the institute conducts continuous monitoring of the security of graduates with work.

"This year we provided work for graduates of TashPMI who have sufficient practical knowledge and skills," says the head of od HR department of Bukhara regional health department. "At the moment we are interviewing graduates, and work is continuing on their employment. Young people with theoretical and practical knowledge quickly adapt and take places among qualified and experienced specialists. "

The experience gained in the region to assist and support graduates in their employment is fully used.
