Today (12.10.2018) was a training seminar on "How to work with the E-Journal, and its implementation on 4-5-6 courses." The seminar was opened by Vice-rector For academic Affairs K. N. Khaitov.

He welcomed all those present responsible for the educational affairs, and also noted the importance of using the EJ. At the moment, the Institute maintains E-journal for 1,2,3 courses and now the moment has come when it is necessary to implement all the remaining courses (4-5-6 courses). Continued the seminar Director of the Innovation Center S. P. Ashirbaev a presentation. In his presentation, he spoke about the stages of formation of the EJ and the roles of participants in the system of control of students ' knowledge. Were considered issues such as log in, common errors, filling the EJ. It was determined that for 4, 5, 6 courses EJ will begin its work on October 18, and from today it will be necessary to submit the completed tables to the Innovation Center (Khudoybergenova Dilrabo in 2 versions: in paper and electronic). After it was shown on real examples how to fill and work with the teacher of the EJ initial courses S. Abdusattarov. He clearly showed, and also explained how to put grades and how to check the attendance of students during the lecture. Then Director of the Innovation Center S. P. Ashirbaev noted the importance of handouts, and that from now on all news, events and comments will be transmitted via telegram channel (closed) and through the system itself EJ.

At the end, there was time for questions and answers. There are a lot of interesting and relevant questions that have been answered.
