The workshop was organized by the Mental Health Program of WHO / Europe and the WHO Representative Office in Uzbekistan in close collaboration with the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The seminar is held in the form of trainings for trainers (ToT), aimed at learning and obtaining knowledge and abilities of teachers for the further dissemination of training at the national level. The aim of the workshop is to build the capacity and skills of medical workers in identifying and managing mental, neurological conditions and disorders associated with substance use. implementation of algorithms based on scientific data and evidence for professionals, as well as discussion of the operational plan for further successful implementation. Employees and masters of the department participate in the training seminars.
