The first republican scientific and practical conference on the topic "International credit mobility Erasmus +: the role in improving the quality of education and research"

Erasmus + is a program of the European Union that supports projects, partnerships, activities and mobility in the fields of education, vocational training, youth work and sports. The Erasmus + program (2014-2020) draws on the experience and success of past EU programs in higher education (Tempus and Erasmus Mundus).
2017 is marked by a campaign to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Erasmus program, demonstrating the achievements and impact of the program during various events throughout the year. The European Union supports the process of reforming the education of Uzbekistan since 1994, when the first Tempus Tacis projects started in Samarkand and Bukhara. More than 80 Tempus projects for a total of over 32 million euros and 25 Erasmus + projects with a total budget of 9 million euros have provided significant support to the overall modernization of the higher education system in Uzbekistan.
On this conference discussed such issues as:
-Exchange of knowledge and experience gained by participants from higher educational institutions of the republic during Erasmus + mobility, as well as in organizing mobility and establishing contacts with European partners;
- Acquaintance with the terms of the current Erasmus + 2018 competition, with the possibilities of individual mobility in the framework of Erasmus + projects,
- Detailed information was provided on all the existing opportunities for cooperation with European universities for higher education in Uzbekistan.
- Informed about the achievements of Erasmus + projects in Uzbekistan and about the results of the previous Erasmus + program contest for higher education institutions of the republic
-Provide practical recommendations on the development of project proposals.
With the presentation "On the current activities of the Erasmus + program in Uzbekistan, the results of the selection and the new Erasmus + 2018 competition," Aziza Abdurahmanova (NEO coordinator) explained to the conference participants about all future Erasmus + 2018 competitions.
A great impression was made by the report of Gulchekhra Rikhsiyeva (pro-rector of the Tashkent State Institute of Oriental Studies, expert of the National team) "The results of mobility as a tool for the quality of higher education", where aspects of higher education in Europe were discussed.
Also I would like to note that representatives of the Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute took part in this event with equally important reports as "The peculiarities of international mobility: experience for Uzbekistan" expert National team Igor Vikhrov, the participant of the program "Erasmus + K107" master TashPMI Elnara Ismailova with the report " The world through the eyes of the student of the Erasmus + program, and Ozoda Azimov with the report "Impressions from the Erasmus + credit mobility program"
At the end of the event, the participants discussed and summed up the results, as well as presented certificates to the participants of the conference and encouraged the best participants of E + ICM projects in nominations: "Best report", "Best scientific development", "Most successful implementation of results in the NWO", "Best presentation".
Among the participants, a diploma in the nomination "Best presentation" was presented to the representative of the Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute Ozoda Azimova.
Following the results of the conference, the participants exchanged knowledge, experience gained during the Erasmus + mobility and the introduction of the results of scientific developments in Uzbekistan; Each of the participants had the opportunity to analyze best practices in organizing mobility and establishing contacts with European partners. They were also informed about the possibilities of individual mobility within the Erasmus + projects, Maria Sklodowska Curie (MSCA), Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Programs, Erasmus + for youth.
