The purpose of competition - Increase legal and political culture of youth, explanation of bases of the Constitution, the laws adopted on its basis, granting in an available form of fuller and reliable information of activity national the lower house of parliament. (www.parliament.gov.uz).

Competition starts on March 4, 2014 and will last till December 1, 2014.

Participants of competition - Youth aged from 14 till 30 years.
