National service of electronic payments “SMS TO'LOV” (www.smst.uz) has been developed with a view of realization of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan «About electronic payments» for assistance to development of electronic commerce. Advantage of “SMS TO'LOV” is possibility of realization of non-cash payments through any mobile communication or the Internet, and also by means of SMS.
