The first chief of department had been appointed Mr. Ermakov D.J., who fulfilling the duties from 2001 till 2006. From 2006 to 2011 department supervised Sadykova Svetlana. Since 2011 till present the department is headed by Tursunboev Kobil. From the very beginning of the activity the department renders services in introduction of educational resources and the software for chairs and institute divisions. For today the department is equipped with modern computer technologies.
