Students of schools, colleges and lyceums will prohibit access to the Internet cafes during school hours or at night.

On a single portal of interactive state services published the decree of the khokim of Tashkent Rakhimbek Usmanov.

Students of secondary, secondary special and professional educational institutions will not be able to visit an Internet café during lessons and at night unaccompanied by a parent or guardian.
In addition, Internet cafes will require the posting of warning about the inadmissibility of dissemination materials (video, audio, photos, and games that promote violence, cruelty, pornography, teachings, religious sects and movements, extremism, racism, etc.

To ensure the safety of visitors in the Internet cafe must be installed surveillance cameras.
