Mininfokom plans to increase the data rate for twenty times by 2019.

The process of increasing the speed of Internet is implemented in accordance with the targeted program of development of information and communication technologies in 2015-2019, signed by the President of Uzbekistan.

The program includes nine large investment projects worth a total of 883.7 million dollars.

As a result of implementation of the projects expected:

- Increasing the number of fixed broadband ports by 2.2 times;

- Increasing the data rate by 20 times;
